-Authors publishing in Health and Professional Leadership agree to the following terms: All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license permits others to share, adapt, and build upon the work—even for commercial purposes—provided that appropriate credit is given to the original authors and the journal as the source of first publication. Unless otherwise stated, all associated published materials are distributed under the same license.
Under this license, users are free to:

Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, including commercial use
These freedoms cannot be revoked as long as the following terms are respected:
Attribution — Proper credit must be given, a link to the license provided, and any changes made must be indicated. Attribution must not imply endorsement by the original authors or the journal.
No additional restrictions — No legal or technological measures may be applied that restrict others from using the content as permitted by the license.
-Authors retain full copyright of their work after publication and are encouraged to share their articles electronically. Doing so can foster scholarly exchange and increase the visibility and citation of their work.
-The journal supports and encourages the deposit of published articles in open-access repositories such as Sherpa/Romeo, Dulcinea, Diadorim, or institutional repositories.
Any use of published content that does not comply with the terms of the CC BY 4.0 license should be reported to editorial@hpl-Editor.com for further review and resolution.
